About the Role
What you ’ll doCoordinate daily regional production coverage, ensuring all BAU support obligations are met across shifts and time zones. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or operational issues, driving timely resolution in partnership with support and development teams. Mentor and train team members on tools, processes, and best practices, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and allocate resources effectively, ensuring service levels and project commitments are maintained.
