Provide safety leadership and foster a culture of safety and health for all employees in the Mine Engineering Department. Lead all engineering functions and ensure service and operating guidelines are followed. Create, design, and develop best practices regarding mining engineering processes, procedures, and practices. Provide strategic leadership for the company’s SHEMS system as it applies to the Mine Engineering Department. Maintain and update ore reserves. Maintain ventilation and rock‑mechanic programs.
