Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities：

1. Oversee end-to-end product development processes, lead the internal R&D team, collaborate with ODM development teams, and exercise full oversight of the product lifecycle.

2. Take the lead in product technical evaluation work, assume responsibility for the formulation of product technical proposals, and drive the enhancement of product competitiveness and mass production feasibility.

3. Undertake end-to-end R&D project management, be accountable for project schedules and deliverables, and promote the implementation of project planning, risk control, change management, and key initiatives to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

4. Define and implement standardized project processes, develop customized methodologies, and productize common workflows to advance operational excellence.
