Tech Project Manager

Job Description
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple special projects and day-to-day project activities of highly technical initiatives under the Corporate and Financial software engineering delivery organization. You will be leading large scale agile programs through estimation, capacity planning, estimation, and efficient execution working closely with senior management and technical delivery teams (large OpenText content management system migration is a funded 2026 project priority that this role will support).
You will ensure project control procedures and policies are adhered to as per technology’s project performance standards. This role will work closely with other tech PMs, engineering teams, and auditors to prepare business cases, and analyze and document complex data, and collect artifacts necessary for special projects and audit-related requirements.
