Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Certified in ITIL v3 or v4 foundation is a MUST.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical issues and requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
