About the Role
A leading Mexican financial company undergoing international expansion is seeking a Tech Manager to lead engineering teams in an AI-First environment , with a strong focus on architecture, data, and the implementation of Artificial Intelligence–driven solutions.
This role will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams (Software Development, Infrastructure, QA, Technical Support, and Partner Management), defining technical standards, and evolving the development lifecycle toward an IA-DLC (AI Development Lifecycle) approach, ensuring quality, scalability, security, and measurable business impact.
