Tech Lead Full Stack · React / .NET

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development on complex, long-lived systems.
• Strong expertise in back-end technologies, including C#, .NET, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Solid front-end proficiency with React and TypeScript.
• Experience designing, evolving, and sustaining coherent architectures during gradual modernization.
• Hands‑on experience reducing and managing technical debt.
• Practical experience with digital transformation initiatives, such as monolith decomposition and migration to modern architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and the use of AI tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Must already use AI tools in your development workflow.
• Experience or experimentation with agentic AI, along with a critical understanding of its strengths and limitations.
