What You Must Have:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React and .NET technologies.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of code quality standards and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
