Tech Lead - AWS Administrator (Enterprise Automation and TWS)

**Description**

We are seeking an experienced **Tech Lead AWS Administrator** to provide senior-level technical leadership for the design, migration, and optimization of complex enterprise workloads on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role is highly specialized, combining deep AWS architecture expertise with advanced governance and integration of Tivoli/IBM Workload Scheduler (TWS/IWS) to support large-scale, cross-platform workload automation.

The ideal candidate will serve as both a hands-on technical authority and a mentor, driving modernization initiatives while ensuring stability, security, and performance across multi-region AWS environments.
