We are an 8-year-old, fast-growing company looking for a Tech Head to lead our technology function into the next phase of scale. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution when required.
The Tech Head will lead a team of developers, own the technology roadmap, and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business goals.
● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers , ensuring high standards of delivery and quality
● Define and own the technology architecture, roadmap, and best practices
● Step in for hands-on coding, debugging, and architectural decisions when required
