- Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing narratives for customers and stakeholders.
- Event orchestration experience, from small executive sessions to large-scale industry events, with hands-on execution.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Industry leaders, Partners, and Agencies.
- Solid strategic thinking, capable of connecting activities to pipeline impact, storytelling, and customer outcomes.
- High level of ownership and accountability, following initiatives end-to-end and learning from results.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity, limited resources, and changing priorities.
