What success looks like in this role:

• Serves as senior and/or lead.
• Acts as a key point of contact with clients on data center operations issues.
• Resolves escalated data center service issues.
• Manages problems utilizing defined problem and change management policies and procedures.
• Supports data center infrastructure by installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware in order to accommodate data center growth.
• May provide direction and guidance to other team members while continuing to provide day-to-day support.
• Controls data center inventory.
• Captures and reports metrics to leadership.
• Plans and coordinates with IT, Facilities Management, cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure appropriate data center capacity / scalability.
• Tracks, plans and communicates capacity and constraints in available datacenter resources.
