As a teamleader, you manage a team of 20 operators, ensuring that IT and electronic equipment is processed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You motivate your team, provide hands-on support on the shop floor when needed, take part in planning meetings, and make sure environmental, health, and safety standards are followed. You also focus on improving logistical processes and promote the sustainable handling and reuse of electronic waste.
