We are currently working on behalf of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council in recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join their Youth Justice Service on an interim basis.
Your new role 
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Justice Team Manager to lead a dynamic multidisciplinary teammitted to improving oues for children and young people involved in the criminal justice system. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will drive service delivery, ensurepliance with statutory responsibilities, and champion restorative and trauma-informed approaches. Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing the Youth Justice Team, providing supervision, guidance and support to staff
Overseeing the delivery of high quality assessments, interventions and court reports
