It drives customer- and business-oriented process solutions during the sales phase, including defining Performance Guarantees, and provides technical support to the Sales team. The role also builds and maintains a capable resource pool, developing skills and capacity to staff projects effectively and deliver consistently high-quality service. Throughout execution, it ensures strict adherence to Quality, EHS, and Bühler Engineering standards.
