Team Manager – Continued Care

Are you a passionate leader committed to creating safe, empowering and therapeutic environments for young people? We are seeking a dedicated Team Manager to lead our Continued Care program and support young people to thrive.

As the Team Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring high‑quality care and consistent, therapeutic practice within the residential house. You will lead, guide and collaborate with your team to create a home environment that reflects our organisational values, champions the voices of young people, and strengthens their connections with family, culture and community. This role oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the house and ensures the needs, goals and aspirations of each young person are met through intentional, person‑centred planning.
