TechnologyThe Team Leader, Production Support DBA, is responsible for leading a high‑performing DBA production support team delivering 24x7 mission‑critical database services across on‑premise and cloud platforms. This role requires very strong hands‑on technical expertise, deep production troubleshooting skills, and proven people leadership to ensure high availability, performance, observability, and resilience of enterprise databases.
The Team Leader acts as the technical escalation point, leads major production incidents, participates in all MIRT bridges, and drives proactive monitoring, prevention, and automation across the database estate.
