We are looking for a results-driven Team Leader with experience in the US Solar industry to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of motivating a team to meet and exceed targets.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year CSR experience in any US Solar account
At least 6 months Team Leader experience (BPO or Solar industry preferred)
Salesforce experience is a strong plus
Sales experience is an advantage
Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and KPI-driven environment
