Team Leader, Loan Documentation (Corporate/Commercial)

Overview

• Oversee turnaround time and ensure the delivery of high‑quality customer service for the Loan Processing Unit, covering drawdown of facilities, collection and settlement of loan facilities, and rollover of revolving loans upon maturity.
• Monitor and ensure the Loan Processing Team performs all functions related to loan drawdowns, payments, issuance of Letters of Advice and Letters of Support, Audit Confirmations, EPF/HDA withdrawals, commitment fee processing, and other related credit administration activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure all operational and management reports are prepared and submitted within stipulated timelines, with a strict zero‑error tolerance.
• Plan, direct, and control the overall activities of the Loan Processing Unit to ensure effective coordination, operational efficiency, and optimal team performance.
