About the Role
As a Team Lead you are responsible for supporting the overall safety of the area, quality of the products produced within the area, the effectiveness and efficiency of the area, as well as the timeliness of related deliverables. You will work alongside a cross-functional team consisting of Team Leaders, an Area Manager, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and a Production Planner.

**Your role:**
+ Inspects the product by conducting thorough quality checks according to specified instructions, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards throughout the production process.
+ Reports any disruptions or deviations in the production process to the Manufacturing group leader, facilitating swift resolution and minimizing operational disruptions.
+ Adheres to the compliance of components, parts, and documents with quality specifications before advancing to subsequent stages of the process, ensuring product integrity and quality assurance....
