- 프로젝트 Vehicle(REF, PFV, SPC 등)설립 및 청산 업무
- 프로젝트 Vehicle(REF, PFV, SPC 등)에 대한 펀드 운용 지원 및 전반적인 관리
- 자금 집행, 배당, 결산, 세무신고 등 펀드 운용 전반의 검토 및 운영 지원
- 자산 매입 및 준공 시 취득세 검토 업무
- 대내외 보고 자료 작성 및 투자자, 수탁사, 외부 기관 대응 지원
- 프로젝트별 예산 업무
- 각종 계약서 및 약정서 상 주요 조건 및 준수사항 점검
- Fund Admin 팀 업무 조율 및 주니어 인력 업무 가이드 제공
- 펀드 관련 운용/관리 프로세스 검토 및 개선 지원
- 기타 펀드 운용과 관련된 제반 어드민 및 지원 업무 총괄
- Establishment and liquidation of project vehicles (REF, PFV, SPC, etc.).
- Support fund operations and overall management related to project vehicles.
- Review and assist in fund operations, including capital disbursement, dividend distribution, financial closing, and tax filings.
- Review acquisition taxes related to asset purchases and project completion.
- Prepare internal and external reporting materials and support communication with investors, trustees, and external institutions.
