As the Contact Centre Team Leader based in Archerfield, you will lead and develop a team of consultants handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries, driving performance while creating a positive, high-energy team culture. You’ll focus on coaching, hitting targets and ensuring consistent results, with hybrid flexibility available once fully trained.
The Role
- Lead, onboard and develop new team members to set them up for long-term success
- Motivate the team to achieve monthly performance and revenue targets
- Ensure adherence to contact centre processes, compliance and quality standards
- Run daily team huddles and structured monthly one-on-ones
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Monitor daily KPIs, manage team rosters and maintain a positive, accountable culture
- Drive engagement and continuous improvement across the team
