**Duties and responsibilities related to the Team Leader - Accounting role:**



+ Supervise the daily operations of specific accounting functions, such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or General Cashiering, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

+ Review and verify daily hotel revenues, night audit reports, and postings between the Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems

+ Assist the Financial Controller with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing accruals, prepayments, and journal entries

+ Train, guide, and mentor junior accounting clerks and cashiers, ensuring they strictly follow the hotel's standard operating procedures (SOPs) and financial policies

+ Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts, credit card transactions, and vendor statements, promptly investigating and resolving any discrepancies
