About the Role

POSITION TYPE FULL-TIME

Team Lead Job Description:

Training new staff:

  • Train new staff when assigned to do so, create a welcoming environment conducive to good learning.

  • Ensure potential staff leave their training shifts with all the basics, including a copy of the training manual for reference.

  • Encourage and teach each potential employee how to do logging, MARS, wake ups, Incident Reports, and shift-change.

    • Scheduling:

  • Complete the schedule, by the 15th of the month, for the following month.

  • Fill open shifts with your team or any available staff, via call or text.

  • Alert House coordinator if staff go home sick or fail to arrive for a shift.

  • Update the schedule with any changes as they happen.

    • Youth Case Planning:

  • Follow up and help the team complete “Next Steps” for the youth after their progress meetings with their social workers with th...
