Team Lead

Job Description

The responsibility of the Team lead is to deliver upon assigned tasks according to assigned trainings.

In addition fullfil other logistic and company related activies; (e.g., maintaining a clean environment, etc.). Collaboration with team lead and supervisor, to support in managing the day to day business.

Job Requirements:

·Lead one or multiple incoming and/or outgoing process(es) and corresponding team(s);

·Ensure KPIs are met according to expectation;

·Ensure standardization of process(es) and that everyone follows Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions:

oMaintain compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines;

·Coordinate and monitor workflow, assist in scheduling and prioritize activities in assigned distribution area;
