Job Description

WSP is seeking a Team Lead, Project Controls & Operations to lead and elevate the Project Controls Analysts (PCA) team within the Bridges, Highways & Roads Ontario portfolio of the Transportation business line. This role is based in the Greater Toronto Area and is designed for a leader who is passionate about people, process clarity, and operational excellence. This position’s primary focus is people leadership and day‑to‑day operational management—supporting the PCA team, strengthening consistency, and enabling efficient, predictable project controls workflows. While not a project‑specific delivery role, the Manager may periodically support major projects to ensure alignment of standards and execution quality.
