About the Role

 
  Summary: 
 The Piping Engineering Team Lead plans and directs all aspects of Piping Engineering activities within the department. Ensures all Piping Engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization’s established objectives. Overseas the Piping Engineering team across our global offices, including Canada, Australia, USA, and India.
   Key Responsibilities: 
 Lead and oversee a team of piping, stress, pipeline and materials engineers.
 Ensure the quality and accuracy of Piping Engineering deliverables.
 Hire, train, and mentor engineers and supporting staff.
 Generate engineering hour estimates, resource loading and forecasting.
 Ensure effective use of global workshare to meet corporate requirements.
 Assist in leading and execution of project deliverables.
 Develop, maintain, and monitor Piping Engineering procedures and standards.
