As Team Lead Operations, you will lead a team of 15–20 operators to achieve unit production priorities, collaborate with Production Unit Teams to resolve operational issues and identify continuous improvement opportunities, and ensure a strong focus on worker health and safety, as well as environmentally responsible and reliable operations at the Sarnia refinery.What we offer:
