Client Onboarding & Workflow Handover
Client Relationship Management
Team Leadership & Development
Operational & Technical Oversight
Software Expertise such as- Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, QuickBooks Online
Adhere to ISO‑aligned operational policies

Requirements
Minimum

4+ years of experience

in Australian accounting.
At least

2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role , preferably within a KPO/BPO environment.
