About the Role

As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of graphic designers and ensuring that all designs meet our creative standards as well as client requirements. Your role will involve reviewing design work, giving constructive feedback, ensuring quality control, and maintaining smooth communication between the team and project managers.
