Team Lead Game Developer

Technical Leadership:

• Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Design and implement game architecture, including mechanics, physics, AI, UI, and rendering pipelines.
• Write high-performance, scalable, and maintainable code (C++, C#, etc.).
• Oversee testing, debugging, and optimization for stability, performance, and cross-platform delivery.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Project Coordination:

• Plan and assign development tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to track milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between development, design, art, and QA teams.

Game Development & Optimization:

• Develop core gameplay components and translate creative concepts into functional experiences.
• Optimize performance across platforms (PC, consoles, mobi...
