About the Role
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive end-to-end ownership of projects, including design, development, deployment, and support.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions using .NET framework, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Angular 14+, and MS SQL Server.
- Ensure code quality, design patterns, and best practices are consistently applied.
- Optimize database queries and improve performance of SQL Server-based solutions.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (or similar tools).
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support team growth.
- Work with AWS Cloud for deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications.
