About the Role

Seeking a Data Engineering & BI Team Lead to coordinate a complementary team crafting data solutions. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality delivery across data pipelines, models, and dashboards. You will collaborate closely with collaborators across product, analytics, and business functions to drive data-driven decision making.
What You'll Do
Lead a team of Data Engineers and BI Developers, encouraging collaboration, mentoring, and career growth.

Lead workload distribution, sprint planning, and delivery timelines.

Lead all aspects of the development of robust data pipelines, transformations, and cloud-based architectures (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow).

Make sure BI dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI or similar software) meet business needs and uphold consistency in indicators/metrics.
