Team Lead Data Annotator

About the Role

We are seeking a “Team Lead” to join our Annotation’s Leaderboard. You will oversee and manage the individuals working on Video Annotation. This role involves daily leadership, project management, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement. This person will be required to work rotational shifts (some overnights) as well as in our Mexico City (CDMX) office location each day.

What You’ll Do

• Product Oversight: Assess scalability of annotation processes and improve efficiency.
• Team Management: Lead up to 20 people, maintain morale and a productive culture.
• Communication: Conduct weekly and biweekly sessions with the POD and translate product knowledge to the team.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, and R&D on side projects.
• Performance Monitoring: Assess individual and team performance and drive results.
