Team Lead, Connected Vehicle Programs – Honda Canada Inc.

The primary responsibility of the Team Lead, Connected Vehicle Programs, is to support the delivery of critical projects and day‑to‑day IT activities that enable Honda’s connected vehicle and technical operations business. This role ensures that all connected vehicle systems, technical operations related systems and digital solutions are delivered effectively and function optimally to support business operations, customer experience, and dealer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of connected vehicle solutions: Oversee projects to create robust and scalable solutions.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities of a cross‑functional team: Provide direction to delivery leads, solution architects and developers to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned to business requirements.
