The Opportunity

As a Team Lead, you are responsible for being an insurance expert in addition to motivating, coaching, and encouraging employees. By your leadership, the goals, purpose, and vision for the employees will be brought into focus and executed by your ability to collaborate and build relationships. In this role, you will lead a team of Personal Lines and Small Business insurance advisors, supporting them through the day‑to‑day while helping them grow their skills, confidence, and client relationships. You will be the person they turn to when a file gets complex, a client gets tricky, or they need someone in their corner. Beyond the technical side, you set the tone for how the team shows up, communicates, and delivers for clients.
