About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Lead to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of at least 15 headcount (HC)
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, attendance, and quality metrics
- Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of concerns
- Support onboarding, training, and process improvements
- Prepare reports and collaborate with stakeholders
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor in BPO
- Proven experience managing at least 15 HC
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
