Team Lead, Avionics Production

ICEYE is seeking a Avionics Production Team Lead to take ownership of all electronics-related activities across the satellite production lifecycle—from incoming PCBA verification to full satellite-level avionics testing. This is a critical, hands-on leadership role at the core of ICEYE’s spacecraft manufacturing operations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for electrical subsystem assembly, functional testing, and inspection—ensuring that every electronic element of the spacecraft meets our rigorous quality and reliability standards.

Your team will start with verification of PCBAs and component readiness, proceed through subsystem assembly and validation, and ultimately lead most of the full avionics testing at satellite level.
