About the Role

Roles and responsibilities: 
Supervise the daily activities and execution of the team’s processes assigned ensuring that standard operating procedures are completely followed.
Handles coordination of all processes within the team.
Act as first point of migration of processes/tasks.
Ensure timeliness, accuracy and productivity targets are met.
Routine communication and coordination with Process Experts and counterparts.
Continuously monitor team performance aligned in the established KPIs.
Encourage, coach, and train Process Experts and Associates for their professional and personal development.
Assist the Managers in conducting periodic performance review session with the team members.
Assess staff utilization and hiring possibilities to ensure that there is enough FTE to support the process.
Supports the team with ad hoc requests and/or any reporting requirements as and when necessary.
