Team Lead- Accounts

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
Generate management reports, and dashboards to support decision‑making.
Ensure all financial reports are accurate, timely, and prepared using designated accounting software.
Accounting Operations
Record and post journal entries, adjustments, and accruals in software such as Zoho Books, Tally ERP, QuickBooks, and/or Odoo.
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and fixed‑asset registers.
Handle month‑end and year‑end closing procedures efficiently.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
Prepare and file VAT returns accurately and within statutory deadlines.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting regulations to ensure full compliance.
Assist in coordinating with internal auditors and tax advisors as needed.
