About the Role
JOB MANDATE
- Responsible for driving the sales team and its source channels (i.e. branches, brokers, direct clients) in meeting sales and profitability targets while pursuing sales strategies and programs, coordinating with support units and closely monitoring sales performance.
- Assist the Sales Head in identifying and monitoring new markets, changing customer needs, competitive moves and appropriate loan products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate and implement sales strategies and specific action plans for the team to hit sales targets.
- Ensure that the team generates adequate loan turn-ins, approvals and bookings.
- Closely monitor team sales performance against set targets through sales meetings and other sales activity tools.
