Title: Team Manager AFR

We have an exciting opportunity for an AFR Team Manager to manage and drive performance of a team of Export and Import specialists (agents and supervisors) to ensure customer and operations requirements are met or exceeded. Follow up with the BP / countries for correct and timely deliverables to the Customer. To supervise, train, and guide the team members to execute their tasks. Ensure the alignment with GSC global process and KPI achievements for the Service lines under his/her responsibility. Optimizing and reducing the complexity of processes, generating efficiency, increasing productivity and adding value to customers and businesses. Liaison between the customer and DHL network to support and help the customer to have the best experience.
