About the Role
As a Personal Assistant you are the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You'll focus on coordinating meeting arrangements, directing emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and using business software applications to prepare reports.
Your Impact
- Supporting our Partners in all administrative and organizational matters.
- You are responsible for complex calendar management, general inbox organization including drafting, reviewing and editing emails on behalf of the executive.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations independently and coordinate business trips.
- You proactively prepare internal and external meetings, write meeting minutes and do follow ups.
- Conferences and events will be planned and organized with up to 200 participants while keeping track on the budget.
