Qualifications
- Provide administrative and operational support to Head of Quality China, including schedule management, meeting coordination, travel arrangement, office supplies and expense reimbursement.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, town halls and team-building activities of Quality China, including cross BAs communications and corporations.
- Take meeting minutes, action list and follow up on deadlines to ensure accountability; prepare reports and presentation materials as needed.
- Support and process orders and payment in the company ordering system; manage office supplies and equipment for department; receive and direct visitors.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the Head of Quality China.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in English
