About the Role
We’re recruiting for Teaching Assistants to earn up to £110 per day. This role focuses on delivering phonics interventions, providing classroom support, and helping children achieve their full potential in a safe and engaging learning environment.
Teaching Assistant job role:
* Support the class teacher in delivering learning activities within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Deliver phonics intervention sessions to small groups of children to support literacy development.
* Provide general classroom support for a class of up to 29 children.
* Assist with the preparation and organisation of learning resources and classroom activities.
* Support children's social, emotional, and educational development.
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning activities.
* Monitor and record pupil progress where required.
* Work with small nurture groups to help boost attainment and confidence.
