Overview

Responsibilities
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
- Supporting pupils in small groups or on a one-to-one basis
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Providing additional support to children with varying educational needs
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people (education or similar setting)
- A proactive, flexible and professional approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA) are desirable but not essential
