Randstad Education is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school community in Horley . This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm .
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering lessons and supporting students in their learning
Work closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Provide tailored support to individuals or small groups of students
Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Support the class teacher in managing classroom activities and behaviour
Maintain open communication with parents and staff about student progress
