We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join Neale-Wade Academy, working alongside teachers to create a supportive, inclusive classroom where all students can take an active part in learning and school life. This role is about more than support, it is about connection, encouragement and raising expectations, whether working with individuals or small groups, guiding behaviour, or helping learners build confidence and independence.
