Teaching Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Be adaptable and responsive, able to tailor support strategies to meet the individual needs of the child.
• Promote independence, confidence, and inclusion through positive behaviour support and a child‑centred approach.
• Be self‑motivated, adaptable and reliable.

Working Pattern and Term

• Working pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9.00am – 3.30pm.
• Term weeks: 38 + 1 week school closure, minimum paid weeks of 44.6 per academic year.
• FTC term: 1st September 2026 – 31 August 2027.
