About the Role
KS2 Teaching Assistant - Minimum 1 month cover - Start Date: As soon as possible.
We are seeking a committed Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a variety of our Stafford/Cannock schools on a temporary basis. You will be required to be available 5 days a week to cover a short-term/long-term contract - the length of the contract is yet to be known.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to put your fabulous skills to use as a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, working alongside an established Teacher within our Key Stage 2 classes. You will be expected to support pupils day-to-day; this may include assisting with reading/writing /maths, small group interventions and supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons. You must also be comfortable in supporting any children with SEN needs; this can include 1:1 interventions, creating more specific resources to support the child and also working closely alongside the class teacher to tailor a specific plan in orde...
